BLC has been honoured with the best Social Infrastructure Deal of the Year – Legal Advisor award at The Asset Triple A Sustainable Infrastructure Awards 2022! The award relates to the M Square affordable housing project in Georgia. The project aims to increase the availability of affordable and sustainable housing in Tbilisi. The Asian Development Bank provided a US$10 million loan, representing its first private sector housing transaction in the Central and West Asia region.
