Ruska Khazaradze

Ruska Khazaradze serves as a Head of Real estate and Construction at BLC. She joined BLC in 2011 as a paralegal and was gradually promoted to the position of a Senior Associate in 2021 and to the Head of Real Estate and Constuction in 2024. Her practice area primarily includes corporate law, real estate and construction law, labor, immigration and international freight forwarding. Ruska was engaged as a team member in number of significant corporate, commercial and real estate acquisitions, due diligence studies, energy and construction projects. Apart from handling specific projects, Ruska also advises clients on a daily basis on important legal issues.

Before becoming a part of BLC, Ruska completed an internship at the Supreme Court of Georgia. She actively participated in various conferences, training sessions, law competitions, and moot courts as an enthusiastic member of the European Law Students' Association. Notably, Ruska took part in the 23rd Annual William C. Vis International Moot Court Competition in International Commercial Arbitration, which was held in Vienna, Austria, in 2016.

As regards to the educational background, Ruska earned her Bachelor's Degree with honors from Tbilisi State University in 2011. She then pursued further studies, obtaining an LLM Degree from Caucasus University. In 2020, she successfully completed the CopyrightX Certificate Program in Copyright Law at Harvard University.
