Teona Maghradze

Teona Maghradze joined BLC in 2022 as a Junior Associate and was promoted to the position of an Associate in 2023. Her practice area includes Litigation, Contracts, Commercial, Labor and Corporate Law and transactions.

Prior to joining BLC, she has worked and interned at various organizations, including the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Commission for Legal Affairs and Human Rights of the Tbilisi City Assembly, and the law firm McGill. In 2021-2022, she served as a member of the appeal commission of the Georgian Rugby Union. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in law and a Master’s Degree in private law both with honors from Tbilisi State University. During her studies, she also participated in an exchange program at the University of Lodz, Poland, in 2018-2019, and won the Erasmus + MIC scholarship of Rennes 1 University (Rennes, France) in 2020.

Teona participated in various local and international conferences, legal projects and competitions. She is the winner of the national moot court competition and a participant in the Hugo Sinzheimer Moot Court Competition (HS MCC) in EU Labor Law.

Teona has successfully passed the Georgian Bar Exam in the general specialization. She holds additional specializations in Juvenile Justice and Juvenile Rights (Civil). Besides, Teona is the accredited Mediator of the Mediators Association of Georgia. Her mediation practice includes commercial, labor, and contractual relations.
