Keti Rukhadze serves as an Associate at BLC. She joined BLC in 2020 as an intern and was gradually promoted thereafter. Her practice area primarily includes corporate law, intellectual property law, as well as contract law and commercial arbitration. Among her responsibilities, she advises clients on a variety of corporate matters, prepares memorandums and legal opinions, assists in conducting due diligence of companies, and participates in disputes related to intellectual property law.

Keti completed her bachelor’s degree with honors from the Free University of Tbilisi, and currently, she is pursuing her LL.M degree at Queen Mary University of London in International Dispute Resolution, currently studying remotely. Throughout her academic studies, Keti has successfully participated in numerous conferences and legal projects. Notably, she is a winner of various moot court competitions, including the Tbilisi Pre-Moot of Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration. Keti further holds the title of the best speaker and winner of the First National Competition of the Association of Arbitrators in Commercial Arbitration.

In addition to her academic pursuits, Keti has served as a legal secretary at the Georgian International Arbitration Centre. She also dedicates her time to volunteering and acting as an arbitrator at various moot court competitions, including the Willem C. Vis Moot Competition in International Commercial Arbitration.
