Gvantsa Ghvinashvili

Gvantsa Ghvinashvili has been engaged in legal practice since 2017 and currently serves as a Tax Associate at BLC, having joined the firm in 2023. Her practice area encompasses Tax Law, Corporate Law, Financial Transactions, and representing clients before courts and administrative bodies in corporate and administrative disputes.

Gvantsa is actively involved in providing expert tax advice on complex issues concerning corporate and commercial law, contract law, as well as Georgian tax implications related to intangible assets, international taxation, and structuring. Her understanding of the complexities within this field enables her to provide guidance to clients facing various tax-related challenges.

Gvantsa has an extensive background in the Revenue Service as a Tax specialist. Prior to her role at BLC, she built a solid foundation in the Revenue Service, where she served as a Tax Lawyer within the Legal Department before transitioning to the role of Tax Specialist in the Dispute Resolution Department. In recent years, Gvantsa has represented the tax authority in the Council of Dispute Resolution under the Ministry of Finance of Georgia.
