Anastasia Razmadze serves as a Paralegal at BLC Law Office. She joined the firm in 2023 as a legal intern and was promoted to her current role shortly thereafter. Anastasia supports the BLC team in litigation, corporate law, banking and intellectual property law. Her responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and managing a range of tasks across various practice areas.
Anastasia earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia, where she was a scholarship holder. During her studies, Anastasia actively participated in notable legal competitions, including the 30th Willem C. Vis Moot Competition in International Commercial Arbitration, where she advanced to the Vienna rounds. Additionally, she competed in the Mock Disciplinary Hearings in Arbitrators’ Professional Ethics in December 2022, where her team won the award for the best counterargument. She also participated in the second national GAA Arbitration Moot.
In 2022, Anastasia gained practical legal experience during an internship at Sachkhere District Court. She was involved in a wide array of cases, attended court hearings, managed case files, registered lawsuits, and prepared statistical data on case statuses. Her primary areas of interest include corporate law, intellectual property law, and alternative dispute resolution, where she continues to deepen her expertise.
