Marita Samkharadze serves as a Paralegal at BLC Law Office, having joined the firm in 2024 as a legal intern before advancing to her current role. She supports the BLC team in conducting legal research, drafting corporate documents, assisting with case preparation, including drafting lawsuits and motions.
Marita graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Law at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University with honors in 2024. During her studies, she was awarded the Erasmus+ Scholarship by the European Commission two times, allowing her to undertake exchange semesters at the Faculties of Law at Universität Trier and at Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster, Germany.
Prior to joining BLC, Marita gained experience as a Legal Assistant at the Georgian Young Lawyers Association, where she focused on legal consulting and advising clients. Her advocacy skills were further demonstrated as co-author of the Best Plaintiff Position at the second National Competition of Commercial Arbitration, hosted by the Georgian Association of Arbitrators. Marita completed a General Course on Intellectual Property Law of World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), which expanded her expertise in this field.
