Gvantsa Goguadze

Gvantsa Goguadze serves as a Junior Associate at BLC office in Batumi, Georgia. She joined BLC in 2015. Gvantsa’s practice area includes Georgian private, corporate, labor and immigration law. She handles registration of corporate and non-commercial legal entities on a daily basis, she advises the clients on various matters related to corporate law. Gvantsa is actively engaged in legal research, drafting and analyzing various legal document. She acted as a team member in number of corporate, commercial and real estate acquisition transactions.

Prior to joining BLC, Gvantsa served as a Coordinator for Coordination Office of PLLE National Bureau of Enforcement. Before that, she worked as a Credit Administrator at TBC Bank JSC. Gvantsa’s working experience also includes the position of intern at the Constitutional, Legal and Procedural Issues Committee, Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara

Apart from her legal practice, Gvantsa has been actively involved in different conferences, legal competitions, law school clinics and moot courts.
