BLC is delighted to announce that it has successfully finished incorporation of the first Production Company in the Free Industrial Zone of Kutaisi. Egyptian company Fresh has established its presence in Georgia to launch production of electric appliances for foreign exports. Investor was represented by Ketti Kvartskhava, partner of BLC. According to Mrs. Kvartskhava, “this is the major investment project aimed at creation of large number of jobs in the Western Georgia and production of electric appliances of leading multinational manufacture companies. It is certainly an honor to represent Investor in such an important transaction, maybe the most important transaction of the decade.”
