Apart from being one of the best law firms in Caucasus region, BLC also actively supports legal education in Georgia and finances different projects aiming academic and professional development of future lawyers. We are the main supporters of currently ongoing Conference in European Union Law and Politics for students from Caucasus countries. Considering the lack of education in the field of EU studies, in order to help students better understand the European Union Law and politics, BLC professionals have prepared educational seminars on this topic and on April 30, 2010, one of such seminars was held in Tbilisi State University.
Mr. Andria Nadiradze, a paralegal in our law office, who has spent a semester in the University of Tartu researching EU Law and Institutions, has conducted the seminar on the topic of the “Emergence of European Union”, exploring the history, concepts, principles and the treaties on which the European Union is founded upon. BLC Law office will continue to support progressive projects and activities, aiming legal education, as we believe in social responsibility and obligation to support progress and improvement in our Community.
