On 19-20 November, 2015 BLC’s Partner Giorgi Batlidze and our Senior Associate Lasha Uplisashvili attended the DRBF Regional Conference & Workshop in Istanbul, Turkey.
Lasha held a presentation regarding applicability of Dispute Boards in Georgia under FIDIC Agreements and future steps for developing such alternative dispute resolution mechanism in Georgia.
The Conference was attended mostly by civil engineers and practicing lawyers from all over the world.
