We are happy to announce that JSC Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation and LEPL State Agency of Oil and Gas of Georgia, represented by international counsel Hogan Lovells and local counsel BLC Law Office won the dispute against Frontera Resources Georgia Corporation. On April 17, 2020 the International Arbitration Tribunal rendered its final award, upheld the Claimants’ interpretation of the contract and satisfied a vast majority of the claims raised by JSC Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation and LEPL State Agency of Oil and Gas of Georgia.
