On July 29, ADC filed an arbitration claim at the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) against the Government of Georgia, while Mr. Bob Meijer launched investment dispute against Georgia at International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) on the same day. A 1 billion USD dispute has been launched due to the wrongful termination of the Investment Agreement by the government of Georgia and expropriation of the project.
