Davit Nizharadze joined BLC in 2023 and currently serves as an Associate at the firm. His practice area mostly includes contracts, labor, commercial law, and litigation.
Prior to joining BLC, Davit served as a Legal Counsel in the Department of Contract Expertise and State Representation at the Ministry of Justice of Georgia. In this role, he navigated complex legal landscapes, offering counsel on contractual matters, and representing state interests. Among his responsibilities were analyzing, drafting, and revising international commercial and investment contracts. Before that, he also served as a paralegal at another law firm.
Davit earned his LL.M. degree with honors from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, Germany, where he successfully defended a thesis on applicable law in International Arbitration. His academic pursuits also include obtaining another LL.M. degree at the University of Cologne, Germany, where he focused on international civil procedure, as well as Non-Degree Studies at the Technical University of Dresden, Germany in 2020, where he attended classes focused on corporate law.
