Junior Associate

Ana Gagnidze is a Junior Associate at BLC Law Office. Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, immigration law, civil and administrative litigation, and personal data protection.

Ana advises local and international clients on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, including share purchase transactions, corporate restructuring, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance. She also advises corporate and individual clients on Georgian immigration law, including residence and work permits and related administrative proceedings.

Ana assists clients in civil, corporate and administrative disputes by preparing claims, motions, appeals, legal opinions, and other procedural documents. She also advises on personal data protection, particularly cross-border data transfers and authorization proceedings before the State Audit Office.

Ana joined BLC Law Office in 2023 as a Legal Intern and has served as a Junior Associate since February 2026. Prior to joining BLC, she worked with the Georgian Democracy Initiative (GDI), contributing to legal submissions before the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR).

Ana received her Bachelor of Laws from Free University of Tbilisi in 2024 and participated in several national and international moot court competitions, including the international rounds of the 43rd Jean-Pictet Competition in Belgium.
