Junior Associate

Giga Tskhoidze is a Junior Associate at BLC, focusing on civil, corporate, and administrative litigation. He also works on insolvency, restructuring, and corporate matters, providing strategic support across transactions and disputes.

Giga represents clients before Georgian courts and administrative bodies in complex and high-stakes disputes. His practice covers dispute strategy, procedural drafting, insolvency, and restructuring. Prior to joining BLC, he worked as a Junior Lawyer and Legal Intern at BV Consulting and the Georgian Young Lawyers' Association Legal Aid Centre. Giga remains engaged in professional initiatives, including programs by NATO, the Council of Europe and USAID.

  • Represented clients in civil, corporate and administrative litigation before Georgian courts and public authorities;
  • Worked on insolvency and corporate restructuring cases, supporting legal analysis and procedural drafting;
  • Advised on corporate, contractual, tax, and compliance matters, drafting agreements, corporate documents, and legal opinions.
