Nitsa Siradze is an Associate at BLC, advising local and international clients on corporate and commercial matters, banking and finance, M&A, energy and infrastructure projects and domestic and international arbitration-related matters. Her practice encompasses legal due diligence, corporate governance, share acquisitions, transaction structuring, financing documentation and the negotiation of commercial agreements.

Nitsa first joined BLC as an intern in 2022 and returned as an Associate in 2026 following her postgraduate study and work abroad. Prior to rejoining BLC, Nitsa worked at another law firm and served as an in-house counsel at the bank, where she worked on payments and cash transactions. She subsequently worked in the Geneva office of an international law firm and was involved in international commercial arbitration and insurance-related disputes. Her experience also extends to commodities-related work.

Alongside her practice, Nitsa is an active member of the international arbitration community, regularly acting as an arbitrator at international moot competitions, including the Willem C.

Experience
  • Advised on financing transactions involving Georgian banks and international lenders, including the negotiation of facility documentation and conditions to disbursement;
  • Assisted with the structuring and implementation of a cross-border mining investment, including corporate arrangements, share acquisitions and regulatory aspects of the transaction;
  • Advised on an energy and infrastructure project involving commercial arrangements for electrical assets and capacity rights;
  • Worked on a free industrial zone project involving lease and option arrangements, corporate matters and transaction documentation.
