  • BLC represented Sabah Group Georgia, local franchiser of UK based world known retailer of maternity, baby and kids clothing – Mothercare UK Ltd. With involvement of our company several million GEL charges were decreased around GEL 90 K.
  • BLC is currently handling the largest tax dispute in the history of independent Georgia initiated after the tax audit of the company holding one of the major market shares in Georgian export - Georgian Manganese LLC.. The company is the worldwide top producer and supplier of silicomanganese. Monetary value of the dispute is currently estimated at circa 500 million GEL.
  • BLC is legal representative of one of the largest retailers of household electronics items, which represents world famous brands in Georgia (Bosch & Siemens, Samsung, Gorenje and etc.) – Elit Electronics. Case is currently examined by the first instance court and shall have precedential impact for the companies operating under rehabilitation regime in insolvency proceedings.
  • BLC represented one of the most reputable international consulting firms in engineering business – ILF Consulting Engineers. Georgian branch of the firm supervises the vast number of large scale state infrastructure projects carried out in Georgia during last several years. With participation of BLC several million GEL imposition was decreased by more than 80%.
