Associate | Litigation & Dispute Resolution
Veriko Jgerenaia joined BLC in 2026 as an Associate in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. Her practice focuses on civil, commercial, and administrative dispute resolution, court litigation, and arbitration proceedings.
Veriko brings extensive experience in legal consulting, advocacy, and strategic dispute management. Prior to joining BLC, she served as a Senior Lawyer in the Litigation Unit at TBC Leasing, representing the company in high-stakes legal proceedings before Georgian courts of all instances and administrative authorities. At the Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association (GYLA), she served as Head of the Legal Aid Centre after working as an Attorney, managing legal teams while actively representing clients in multi-faceted civil and administrative matters. Additionally, she has served as an invited legal trainer for the Training Centre of Justice of Georgia.
- Advised and successfully represented corporate entities and individual clients in civil, commercial, labor, and administrative disputes before Georgian courts of all instances and administrative authorities;
- Authored structured court filings, comprehensive legal opinions, and contractual documentation for corporate and organizational entities;
- Directed legal operations, legal training programs, and grant-funded projects, including a Ministry of Justice initiative promoting mediation development across Georgia.
